In the years between 1975 and 79, the Khmer Rouge executed at least 2 million Cambodians. Among the dead were 90% percent of Cambodia’s artists, who were specifically targeted. Cambodian Living Arts was founded by Arn Chorn-Pond who returned to Cambodia on a mission to rebuild his family’s artistic legacy.
