My inaugural visit to Florida while travelling with a camera – I’m impressed. Fort Lauderdale beaches are lovely, white sand & warm clear waters. The mojito’s aren’t bad too. The canals are lined with impressive properties with moored boats that must be worth millions.

Watch out for the ‘tarpon’ fish swimming in the canals, they are huge – 4 to 6 ft!

Watching the pelicans fly up and down the shoreline has been an amazing sight.
